Zymes, LLC Adds Volker Berl, Ph.D., M.B.A. to its Team
Friday, November 17th, 2006Zymes is pleased to announce that Volker Berl, Ph.D., M.B.A. has joined its team to serve as Vice President of Global Business & Technology Development. Volker will oversee Zymes’ supply chain and its chemical manufacturing activities. One of his primary responsibilities will be to manage the process development for Zymes’ proprietary technologies and to explore business opportunities in the nutraceutical, cosmeceutical and pharmaceutical market spaces.
Volker joins Zymes with 10 years experience at the forefront of chemical and pharmaceutical research, process development, new business development and equity capital markets research. His experience includes positions at leading organizations including BASF AG, Deutsche Bank, GlaxoSmithKline and Stanford University. (more…)
